1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 3kvib ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "player"). These Terms apply to all services, games, betting activities, and promotional offers on 3kvib.

By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the 3kvib platform, you fully accept these Terms. These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2 Eligibility & Registration

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure. The following security rules are mandatory:

• Keep your password strong and do not share it with anyone.
• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the 3kvib support team immediately.
• 3kvib will not be liable for any loss resulting from you sharing your login details with a third party.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.

3kvib will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any such request is a sign of fraud.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

3kvib uses Bangladesh's leading mobile banking and bank services for financial transactions.

Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals are always paid via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly; if there is any delay, please contact the support team.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

3kvib offers a welcome bonus on the first deposit for new players. All conditions related to bonuses are set out in detail below.

Welcome bonus details:

• 100% bonus on first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus; total balance will be ৳2,000. To withdraw winnings from this ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.
• Large deposit example: on a ৳32,000 deposit the maximum bonus is ৳15,000; total balance ৳47,000.

General rules for using bonuses:

• Bonuses are usable only on eligible games and betting sections.
• Each user is eligible for one welcome bonus.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

• 3kvib reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.

6 Betting Rules

All betting activities on 3kvib are governed by specific rules. These rules apply to both sports betting and casino gaming.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error causes an unusual result, 3kvib reserves the right to void or reset that bet.
• Winnings will be credited to your account after the result of a match or event has been confirmed from a verifiable source.
• Attempts to gain an unfair advantage (arbitrage, use of software bots, etc.) are prohibited.
• Placing bets using advance knowledge of sporting results is considered fraud.

3kvib offers various markets for sports betting, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and other popular sports. Market availability and terms may change.

7 Fair Play Policy

3kvib firmly believes in fair play as a safe and reliable platform. We ensure that the outcome of all games is completely impartial and determined by a random process.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3kvib platform:

• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.

9 Limitation of Liability

3kvib is committed to providing a safe and reliable gaming environment. However, our liability is limited in the following cases:

• Interruptions to a game or betting session due to internet disconnection or a technical fault on the user's device.
• Delays or failures by a third-party payment provider.
• Temporary service disruptions due to unexpected server maintenance.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Before permanently closing an account, 3kvib will generally inform the user of the reason. However, in cases of serious violations, action may be taken without prior notice.

12 Changes to Terms & Enforceability

3kvib reserves the right to amend, change, or update any part of these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• Continued use of the platform after changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

If any clause of these terms and conditions is declared invalid or unlawful by a court or competent authority, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. These terms and conditions are drawn up in Bengali and governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
